Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use landerproduction.com (the "Site") or the LanderProduction Overlay Tool desktop app (the "App"). By creating an account, buying a license or using the App, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the App. Questions: contact@landerproduction.com.

1. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and on the PCs you add to it.
A PC can belong to only one account. Add only PCs that you own or are allowed to manage.

2. Licenses

A license lets you use the App on one PC, identified by its Machine ID, for the period you bought (1 month, 6 months or 1 year). Buying again for the same PC adds the new time to the end of the current period.
A license key works only on its own PC. If you reinstall Windows or replace the PC, its Machine ID can change. Contact us and we'll help you move the license.
When a license ends, the App asks for a new key the next time it starts. It never cuts off a show that is already running.
We license the App to you; we don't sell it. LanderProduction keeps all rights to the App, its overlays, designs and code, except for the content you add (your logos, team names, player photos and the like).

3. What you may not do

Resell, rent, share, sublicense or give away the App, its files or license keys, or offer the App as a service to others.
Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App, or remove or get around its license checks, except where the law expressly allows it.
Use the Site or App for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights. This includes using logos, photos or other material you don't have permission to use.
Attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the Site, our servers or other users' accounts.
Abuse the referral programme, for example by referring yourself through other accounts or email addresses.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the Site. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.
Payments are handled by PayPal (US dollars) or PayMongo (GCash, Maya or card in Philippine pesos). Their own terms apply to the payment, and they email you the receipt.
Licenses are one-time payments for a fixed period. They do not renew or charge you again automatically.
Referral discounts and rewards follow the rules shown on the Site when you use them. We may change or end the referral programme, but rewards you've already earned stay valid.

5. Refunds

If the App doesn't work on your PC, or you were charged by mistake, contact us at contact@landerproduction.com and we'll look into it. Refunds are handled case by case and paid back the same way you paid (PayPal or PayMongo). A refunded license stops being renewed, and referral rewards earned from a refunded order are withdrawn. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change or remove features. The App can download them for you.
We try to keep the Site and the license server available, but we can't promise they'll be available without interruption. A license that's already activated keeps working offline until it ends.

7. Third-party services and trademarks

The App works with third-party software and services such as OBS Studio, VDO.Ninja and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for them. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a trademark of Moonton. LanderProduction is not affiliated with or endorsed by Moonton. Make sure your broadcast follows the rules of the game publisher and of the tournament.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and the App are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no other warranties, including that the App will be free of errors or suit a particular purpose. Live broadcasts depend on many things outside our control (your PC, internet connection, OBS, the game), so test your setup before every event.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, LanderProduction isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue, lost sponsorships, data loss or a disrupted broadcast. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license the claim relates to, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the App at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account, or cancel license keys, if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, for example by reselling or sharing keys, or in cases of fraud. We'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes, we'll also let account holders know by email or on the Site. A change won't shorten a license you've already paid for.
